Last Order Dates For Christmas

We’re breaking for festivities at 12:00pm on Wednesday December 24th and we’ll be back to business as usual on Friday January 2nd at 8:30am.

Orders placed after 11.45am on 24th December will be processed on 2nd January.

Any large order which contain Cabinets, large quantities of Cable or any other products that are not able to ship by APC  need to be ordered on or before 23rd December for delivery on 24th (AM only), 29th, 30th or 31st December.  If delivery is required on theses there will be an extra surcharge, we will contact advising when the order is received of the extra carriage charge is. 

Orders placed that are pallet deliveries after the 23rd will be processed on 2nd January 2026.

Please note – Deliveries timings are not guaranteed.

Opening Times & Delivery Information

We want to keep our deliveries simple, prices low and offer schedules to suit all purposes.

Our Offices are open form 8.30am-5.30pm Monday to Friday. Goods ordered on Friday (Exc bank holiday) will be delivered at the earliest on following Monday however this is never a guaranteed service. If the products you’re ordering are all in stock and the order placed before 4:30PM your order will be despatched the same day.

On Cable which is offered on a 'cut to length' service please call to check if this can be dispatched same day. On busy days production may not be able to make cuts after 3pm.

If you need an update on delivery please can you email customerservice@cablemonkey.co.uk rather than call, we will get back to you ASAP. Whilst the majority of deliveries arrive on time and without a problem, Next delivery & Pre-Noon service is NOT a guaranteed service and are Non refundable due to delay.


Delivery costs to UK Mainland addresses are as follows:

  • Next Working Day Delivery - £7.50+VAT, Orders over £200 (ex VAT) FREE
  • Economy Delivery (1-3 Days) – £5.95+VAT, Orders over £100 (ex VAT) FREE
  • Super Saver Delivery (4-5 Days) – £3.95+VAT, orders over £50 (ex VAT) FREE
  • Pre-Noon - £18.00+VAT (Mon-Fri Delivery. Orders placed on Friday will be delivered on Monday or Tuesday if over Bank Holiday)

Delivery costs for the Scottish Highlands and Islands are as follows-

  • Courier Express Deliver (1-3 Days) - £12.95+VAT
  • Courier Saver Delivery (2-5 Days) - £6.95+VAT
  • Small order Postal Service (2-4 Days) - £3.95+VAT Please note this service is only available on orders under £20 (+VAT) and is not Applicable for Scottish Islands orders

In some areas of the UK Next day or timed deliveries are not available. If there is going to be a delay, we will make the customer aware as soon as we are informed.


Delivery Costs to Northern Ireland, Channel Islands, Isle of Man & Isle of Wight and are as follows:

  • Express delivery (2-3 Days) - £12.95+VAT.
  • Saver delivery (3-5 days) - £6.95+VAT.


Delivery Costs to Scottish Islands & Highlands

Scottish Islands & Highlands are defined by our couriers as the following postcode areas: IV, PA, KA27, KA28, ZE and HS.

  • Scottish Highlands Saver Delivery - 6.95+VAT
  • Scottish Highlands Delivery - 12.95+VAT

International orders are generally received within 5-7 days.

 

Incorrect Delivery Address

If the incorrect address has been added during the checkout process and the error has been noticed after the goods are dispatched we will do our best to have the order re-directed. If the updated address is within the depot area as the original then this can generally be done at no extra cost. However if the new address means the parcel has to travel to a different depot, then a cost will occur and will be passed on. The exact cost depends on the goods and how many parcels. If the goods are on a pallet this is likely to be around £90 per pallet.

Deliveries are usually made by a courier service, which will require a signature on delivery, please ensure someone will be available to check and sign for your goods.

There may be additional charges for large and heavy items that require delivery to certain outlying areas. We will always inform you of these shipping charges prior to despatch.

Certain deliveries of heavy and large items and deliveries to off-shore and outlying areas are exempt from next day shipping.

Floor Standing & Server Cabinets Deliveries. Delivery of these cabinets are only made to ground floor or loading bays only (due to insurance restrictions). It may be possible for alternative arrangements to be made but this needs to be done prior to despatch and would recommend confirming before placing an order.

 

Please Note - We do not process orders at the weekend or on any bank holidays. Any orders placed during these times are processed on the Monday (or the first day back after the Bank Holiday). All deliveries, schedules and timescales are made on a ‘best endeavours’ basis, we cannot accept any liability or costs for late delivery of orders.

Our main warehouse is in Braintree, Essex. Most items are shipped form here, on some occasions we do send certain items from different warehouses so if ordering multiple items they may arrive seperatly. Should this be the case we will do try to notify you if there is to be miltiple deliveries.

If your goods have not arrived when you are expecting them and we havent advised otherwise, let us know by emailing customerservice@cablemonkey.co.uk and we will send the tracking or POD to confirm delivery. Please contact us within 14 days (7 days on Next Day or timed orders) of order placed, after this time it is not possible to request further information from the courier and if the goods as shown as delivered then we can not be held responsible for orders misplaced after this time.
