I think Cable Monkey are superb! They make extremely well made cables, which can be made to your exact requirements, and they have always been able to make mine and have them shipped within a day. I have bought quite a few of them for the house where I wanted to keep the installation as tidy as possible (such as the wiring from the main ethernet switch to the patch panel that feeds the different rooms in the house as seen in my photos).I've also found they above and beyond what they need to to make sure their customers are happy :-)
